We, at Tanwar Psychology, provide psychological services individually to adults (18-65 years old) and will be adding children and adolescents to our client population soon.

Psychotherapy Sessions:

The initial intake session is booked as per availability. This session includes a clinical interview with the client focused on details of symptoms and background information. Based on the information obtained, a suitable therapy plan is offered to the client. The Frequency of psychotherapy sessions ranges from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as per the need of each case. Each session is for a duration of 50 minutes.

Initial Phone Consultation (Free Consultation): 

We provide free 10 minute consultations to collect information regarding main presenting issues and provide the client an opportunity to determine the client-professional match.

Additional Services:

  • Psychological assessment for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance (WSIB) assessments and treatment
  • Therapeutic assistance in return to work
  • Motor Vehicle Accident Assessments

Do I Need a Referral? 

You do not need to be referred by anyone. If you believe that you need mental health support, you can reach out to us on your own. We accept self-referrals as well as referrals from other health professionals.
