Confidentiality

At Tanwar Psychology, we understand your need of feeling safe and
protected as you share with us your personal information and details of your life. We work actively and cautiously to ensure the confidentiality of the information you disclosed during any of the sessions. In case of exceptions such as ethical or legal obligations, we do not disclose this information to anyone without your consent. We review the limits of confidentiality with you during the intake session. Of note, if we are required to break confidentiality in any case, we take reasonable steps to do so with our client’s full understanding of the reasons, and with the client’s full cooperation if possible.

Privacy

We strictly adhere to the guidelines provided by the Regulated Health
Professions Act (RHPA) and the Personal Health Information Protection Act
(PHIPA). These legislations mandate the way in which we collect, use, and
disclose personal health information.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
